The property was actually a pure jackpot in Kota Kinabalu. The staff was absolutely amazing even providing a pickup from the airport, the helper with all issues or troubles. The apartment was greatly equipped with everything, even a water filter for drinking water. And close by even has one of the best Ayam Penyet places in KK where even the locals order from 🙏

The staff members were so friendly and exceptional, making us feel welcomed. We had fresh towels everyday and housekeeping was excellent - the property was always kept so clean and tidy. Free shuttle services to the jetty in the morning was so great for island hopping! The breakfast buffet had good variety (especially catering towards ppl with different dietary requirements as my friends were vegan and vegetarian, and delicious too. The boss’ son was a wonderful and friendly individual, super helpful when asked about queries such as local food in Semporna and going out of his way to help us. He was the best!! You could do your laundry here for free as well, which was super helpful! For foreigners travelling alone, this place makes you feel right at home and safe. My friends and I absolutely loved our stay here and definitely recommend this place to everyone.

As I was leaving, I thought “I can see myself living here permanently and being very happy.” There is a calm and a peace to the atmosphere here; I’m not sure what exactly to attribute it to, but I felt so extremely safe and relaxed during my stay here. The staff is wonderful. Genuinely kind-hearted and soft-spoken local staff with the professional manner of a world class location. There are restaurants and a laundromat within walking distance. The rooms and lobbies are immaculately clean and charmingly decorated with cozy appeal.

RTMS Guesthouse Semporna pakub Sempornas majutust, kust avaneb vaade mangroovide metsale. Kohapeal on tasuta eraparkla. Toas on konditsioneer ja sääsevõrk. Tubades on veekeetja ja föön. Host was super friendly and helpfull. He took us every morning to Semporna for free where we booked our island trips and diving course. His son is friendly too and the cat Douglas is the best. Semporna is not the prettiest city so it was nice to be a little bit outside Semporna. It was only a 13 min drive by car to get to the jetty. You can wash your clothes for free too. Could recommend to everyone!
