בשמחה! הנה ביקורת באנגלית שמתאימה ל-Google או Booking: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An exceptional stay – one of the best places we stayed during our trip to Japan! The location is perfect. There is a large supermarket directly across the street, along with many excellent restaurants within walking distance. We also visited the nearby castle in the evening, and it was beautifully illuminated – definitely worth seeing. The hotel itself is beautiful, new, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with great attention to every detail. It feels luxurious while still being warm and welcoming. The atmosphere is unique, almost like staying in a stylish café. Our accommodation included two comfortable bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed, including an excellent coffee machine. Every detail made us feel at home. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the outstanding hospitality. The staff welcomed us with a smile by picking us up from the train station when we arrived. Even though we had to leave very early in the morning, they kindly drove us back to the station. They also spent time helping us plan the next part of our trip, offering thoughtful advice and making sure everything went smoothly. We are truly grateful for their kindness and generosity. If we ever return to Matsumoto, we would not stay anywhere else. Highly recommend
