Gets its name from the renovation of several older buildings. Wine and cheese every night in the lounge area. Rooms are spacious, well appointed with small kitchenette and complimentary sodas and sparkling water, cheese and crackers in the refrig. We've stayed here before and will stay here again. Highly recommend

This Mount Pleasant Charleston Clarion Inn is 10 minutes’ drive from historic Charleston city centre and 11.2 km from Isle Palms Beach. The room was clean and nice. It was spacious. We had a view of the swimming pool from our door. The beds are nice. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. It had a good spread - Waffles, Sausages, Egg, varieties of Corn flakes and Mueslis, Fruits, Yogurts, juices, coffee, baked potatoes, porridges, nutri bars, and bacon. They also had some cookies and fresh drinks kept near the receiption in the afternoon, which people can enjoy. Overall, we had a lovely stay as it is equidistance to the city, Sullivan/Isle of Palm beach and to Boone Hall Plantation. It is also walking distance to Orlando's Pizza and Moe's Southwest Grill.
