Location was great. The accommodation had everything you need and was very clean. Loved the shower! Outside looked lovely but wrong time of year for us to use the pool. Can’t fault it.

This is a non-smoking property. Everything. Well appointed. Lovely property in an area of attractive small stores for shopping, excellent restaurants, access to Chappaquiddick Island and the water and beaches. Manager Helen even served hot chocolate-chip cookies mid-afternoon. Breakfast was simple but interesting with fruit smoothies, hard-boiled eggs, muffins, breads, croissants, granola and yoghurt. Always excellent coffee. Enjoyed the outdoor firepit with comfortable seating. We had a reserved parking spot (although it was an extra charge)

Featuring garden views, rooms also include an en suite bathroom with hairdryer. Taylor and Stephanie made us exceptionally welcoming. They couldn’t have been nicer. All the staff were wonderful

Set in a converted mill dating from 1870, this unique boutique Inn sits on the banks of the Mill River, 5 miles from downtown Northampton.

The Inn's Cafe is open every day from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM, serving a variety of homemade breakfast and lunch items. We honestly just loved this place. Our room was so clean (no chemicals, just great organic products) and so comfortable. Very light and airy with high ceilings, plenty of space and great lighting. Loved looking out at the trees. The tub was wonderful- first time in a long time to use the tub in an inn! Breakfast was so delicious with a hot flavorful latte and the most wonderful egg sandwich with a homemade biscuit that melted in your mouth. The breakfast cakes were delicious and the staff made the meal even more enjoyable. We felt happy from our greeting upon our arrival throughout our stay. You should definitely stay here.
