Location! Walking distance to local markets and roughly 20mins walk to Eaton Centre. 10min walk to Union Station and Scotiabank Arena. CN Tower also very close by. The lounge bar in the lobby is also excellent

staff and especially the nite porter was very helpful when I had to do a zoom call during the,early hours . he was very kind and offered me water as I was in his lobby for 3 hours.

Free hot chocolate and churros in the lobby on a freezing day

It was clean, great facilities, including the pool and gym. Staff on level 8 in the club were excellent. Great block out blinds in the rooms for a great sleep, very comfortable beds. Meals in the club on level 8 were great. Great location.

The hotel is ideally located close to all of the important downtown Toronto landmarks. It is also part of the PATH network, and you can walk to Union Station within 10 minutes. The room looked out towards the lake and you get an incredible sight, especially at night.

We always stay at the Best Western when we are in Toronto. It's our favorite place! We love the indoor pool/Hot Tub! Everything is always clean and neat. I enjoy having the mini fridge in the room for leftovers.

We had a very comfortable clean suite that had all the toiletries you needed, great room service, excellent location, and close to shops and supermarkets. Being close to Scotia Square made it easy to get around on the trains and the subway. Parking was easy. Staff were great and the check-in was superb. They send someone up with you to show you the room.

The hotel was close to the union station . You may find bars or restaurants nearby the hotel too. Receptionist were very helpful and accommodating . Checking in and checking out was fast and easy . The room was very clean and with complete amenities . Bed was super comfy .This hotel is highly recommended . I will surely stay in this hotel on my next visit to Toronto .

Room was amazing as was the breakfast.

Room was spacious and felt like a small apartment. Great getaway in the city, was super private when we were in the room, friendly staff, especially the housekeeper. Location was prime, we found walking was faster than Uber anyhow, but everything we wanted to see was within walking distance, ie. CN Tower, Lighthouse ArtSpace, Aquarium, and has super close amenities like grocery stores (inside the mall), coffee shops, residents, bars and more.
