Our initial room was small for the 5 of us so we requested to be moved to a bigger one which they granted. Rachel, one of the staff, is SUPER DUPER NICE and accommodating!! She answered all our questions and assisted us with our needs. This is my second time staying at this hotel and the experience was as lovely as before. The hotel is just walking distance to the old town and Chapel Bridge. Groceries and cafes are near as well.

This property is ideally located in the centre of Lucerne, within walking distance of transport links, major sightseeing opportunities, and many lovely eateries. The staff went above and beyond in every sense to facilitate our stay- genuinely exceptional service from before our arrival right through to our day of departure. The rooms were bright and pristinely clean, and the facilities of the pool, hot tub and sauna were a welcome bonus addition after a day spent in the snow on local mountains. Considering typical costs for accommodation in Lucerne it was very reasonably priced.

This was the most pet friendly and comfortable and kind place I ever experienced. The staff were amazing, especially to my dog, and made sure his experience was just as relaxing and fun as mine. He didn’t want to leave. They were super respectful and always positive and went above and beyond to make sure everything was good. The hotel itself was the most calming environment I have ever been in, and always smelt amazing, in every room. The beds were insanely comfortable - like sleeping on a cloud and the views and air and snow were also amazing. You felt really healthy and happy here.

Residence Kastanienbaum is a recently renovated apartment in Horw, where guests can makes the most of its pool with a view, open-air bath and garden.

Residence Kastanienbaum is a spacious one bedroom flat in a quiet neighbourhood ten minutes by car/bus from Lucerne. Both the bedroom and living room have a wonderful lake view (although we had pretty foggy weather all week). The kitchen is really well equipped and the welcome goodies are really tasty and much appreciated. There are two bathrooms: one with a bathtub, sink and washing machine/drier; the other with toilet, sink and shower. The extra bed in the living room was super comfortable as well. We stayed for a week in January and felt right at home. The Lucerne visitors card was very handy to take public transport to the shops and to visit Lucerne.

The Seehotel Pilatus is situated on the shores of Lake Lucerne. It offers a large indoor pool, a hot tub, and free Wi-Fi. The spacious, air-conditioned rooms provide mountain views.

We stayed here in early January in the suite with a gorgeous view to the lake. Beau Rivage is a classic hotel with notes of nostalgia. My wife and I really enjoyed its atmosphere. The staff were kind and very attentive. The breakfast was exquisite with a great selection of fresh local pastries and cheese.
