It was amazing! The staff was all the time very helpful and answered any question by Whatsapp in minutes and made every request like early check in or early breakfast possible for me as needed! The chalet was very comfortable. Nothing was missing, lot's of drinks and snacks provided (by payment) in the chalet. For me was funny the "coffee bags" I thought just existed for tea ;). And in the morning, as I hoped, an wild bird came very close. Also I loved the soft thick pillows in the bed, very cozy everything. I want come back together with my husband.

I couldn't have asked for a better room at the start of my trip to Medellin. The host kindly stayed awake for me until my bus arrived around midnight to make sure I made it in okay. The room was excellent. Comfortable bed, good location, and a bathroom! For the price you can't find anything better anywhere else

The location was great as you're very close to Provenza and in the heart of El Poblado. Nice little street to walk down that the hotel is on as no cars can drive down it, but you can get a taxi with a short walk. Booked the suite and it met expectations - very comfortable and spacious. The rooftop jacuzzi was small and not the cleanest but liked it and the sauna.

    Location is amazing, secluded in the forest, and not far from the city. Total privacy. animals, jacuzzi, bonfire. Breakfast to the cabin. Pretty good jacuzzi. Cool birds.

    The two BR suite was large and spacious. The gym was well equipped though dogs should not be allowed inside the gym. The host was always responsive though two major problems were not resolved by the time we left.
