For my birthday, I booked 2 nights with breakfast at a 5-star hotel. The hotel was much more than I expected, even though I knew that the hotel was not in the center, near a supermarket or a pharmacy or the bus station, I actually preferred to choose it because the location was really very beautiful and in an area with beautiful historical buildings and a minute walk to the funicular that leads to the mountain viewpoint and a few more minutes walk to the main avenue and the famous places in the old city and there is bus line number 2 so there was no problem getting to the hotel or for those who are interested, there is a taxi nearby. The hotel staff was very kind, the room I got was very beautiful with a view of the hotel's garden but because the room was on the 7th floor I also saw the surrounding green mountains and I even had a balcony. The room was equipped with everything and more that I needed. The breakfast was among the most varied I have ever had and the selection was large in every respect and of very high quality. I used the hotel's large, enclosed spa complex, which has a large regular pool, a jacuzzi, a small pool with geothermal water, saunas of different types and temperatures, and more, a real experience. I recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to spend a moment like in a palace and really be pampered.

    A true gem in a perfect location imbued with fascinating history. Add to it the wellness/rehab amenities and you've just arrived at a recipe for a great stay in this charming spa town. The spectrum of treatments on offer is wide but remember to book them well in advance as quite a few people are keen on taking advantage of them. Breakfast, in the form of a buffet, is rich and most people will find something to their own liking. Staff is helpful and friendly.

    Very beautiful building, clean with lots of space. Staff friendly and ready to help anytime. Nice and comfortable room with everything you need for a long stay. I had medical treatments for 2 weeks and can't complain with anything.
