Hotels with Hot tubs in Cuenca

I love that place and people work there. Amazing Thank you

Excellent, location. Staff extremely helpful and atte time.

The pillows are sooo comfortable. The water is nice and hot. The staff in the restaurant were friendly.

The staff was very friendly and helpful

The staff helped us with everything we asked for. They were also very attentive and took great care of my mom. They called a doctor when she felt unwell and were always willing to monitor her recovery. The food and facilities were amazing.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was great. I only stayed two nights but will stay here again when I´m in Cuenca. Free parking and hot showers and close to the centre. Took a taxi, cheaper than paying for parking and less stressfull

Unbeatable location. The staff goes out of their way to ensure that you enjoy your stay there. Thank you Pablo.

Breakfast was standard. But certainly enough to be satisfied. Tea and "coffee" for free during the day. The breakfast area is not very cosy. Eating in a big hall.

Staff was kind and accommodative.

The hotel is very well located, and the receptionist was very kind and helpful. She gave me great information about the city and even arranged a taxi for me.

The pool, although it was cruicial when booking the place was unfortunately closed (for no obvious reason, there was water in it, they would've just to remove the covering foil). Instead we used the steam bath and the jacuzy and the billiard table. The hotel itself is nicely refurbished with a patio in the middle. It's very central, so everything within walking distance. The breakfast is a funny but cheap mix of buffet (for prepared fruitbowls and juice)- coffee, tea, 1slice of toast and eggs incl. some sort of meet & cheese are served on the table. You probably need some more to get your day started.
