The staff and service here was incredible, the staff were so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. We had to leave early before breakfast started and they kindly prepared some breakfast items to take with us. The facilities and room was very comfortable and luxurious.

In this hotel everything was excellent! No exeption! I stayed in many hotels but this was really the top. Very friendly people, beautiful room with great view over the ocean. And last but not least: we had buffet in evening and morning and the food was simply excellent!

The hotel and surrounds are stunning. Breakfast and staff were both especially amazing. The hotel is in an amazing spot so close to the water and the promenade with all the restaurants and bars.

The Staff were all over and above helpful and courteous. Some of the best staff I’ve encountered.

Love Belmond! All their hotels ate amazing and Residencia is a Dimond. The people are amazing.

We liked our comfortable stay and its central location. Impressed with the size of our room especially the bathroom (note: this could be based on the type of room you book). I highly recommend to stay here on your next holiday.

This is a beautiful authentic Mallorcan property, in the perfect location. It’s a few minutes walk down to the centre of Soller, the bus, train or tram to get anywhere. It’s lovely and quiet at night. The gardens and pool area are stunning and the breakfast was a wonderful addition while we were travelling. The staff were delightful. We spent the most time with Harold who took great care of us and made excellent recommendations for dinner etc. I can’t recommend this hotel and experience more highly.

Great location, short walk down hill to the centre. Outside space was perfect, we loved having breakfast amongst the orange and lemon trees.

The most idyllic fika on top of the hill overlooking the mountains and sea. Rustic, laid back vibes and and perfect location to switch off. We loved our stay so much and hope to return soon.

Loved this hotel! The rooms are big and spacious, AC was great, loved the view and terrace, and the room and bathroom were very clean. The hotel is small enough so getting back to your room is quick and easy. The staff (we got to know 3 different woman at the front desk) was a 10+, really special. They were accommodating over and above my expectations and super friendly and helpful with whatever we needed. I was sad to say goodbye to them. The breakfast was exceptional, omelets made to order and a huge selection of very fresh food. My family and I thought the location was perfect on the promenade and the overall vibe excellent. We had dinner at the hotel at their restaurant and it was fantastic. Aside from the food and the view which were both excellent, the manager (woman with dark hair and glasses, cannot remember her name) was the sweetest most lovely person who took such good care of us and really made the night special for us. There are so many choices of where to stay, we thought this was an excellent value. We had a wonderful 5 night stay!!

The staff and the friendliness of everyone was exceptional. The service is more than perfect and everyone has a smile on their face. I loved the surroundings and the typical neighborhood with the sweet kittens in the neighborhood.
