Reaaaaally friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean, comfortable and calm despite being in a crowded street. Lot of restaurants, bar and shop nearby. Walking distance from center. I had a great stay !!!

I had a fantastic stay at Es Princep and would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Mallorca. What really makes this hotel special is the people. From the housekeeping team to the hotel director, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. The location is excellent, within walking distance of Palma’s main attractions, restaurants, and the beach, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. My room was very comfortable, cozy, and beautifully maintained, providing a great place to relax after a day out. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience. I’m already looking forward to coming back.

Awesome hotel!!! The atmosphere there was something very unique. I don't know how to say it, it was chill but fun at the same time. Very relaxing, the best staff I've ever meet and of course the food was amazing! Everyday there's something new in the menu, you can take anything and how much you want. And the food selection is HUGE. There's also live chefs cooking salmon, chicken and other meat and fish everyday, as eggs and stuff in the mornings. You just tell them what and how much you want and they will cook you the freshest food! As for the rooms, ours was small but well enough, it was cozy to sleep in! I've already seen people commenting about the atmosphere in this hotel, it is really something unique. After I've been there, I agree. If I'm going to Majorca again, I will definitely stay there again.

This is a great hotel, over expectations, could easily be 4 stars. We were 6 adults in 2 doubles and 1 apartment, all super pleased with EVERYTHING!
