The staff were all friendly, welcoming and helpful - very accommodating. The service was brilliant. The grounds are beautiful and provide lots of various seating areas or sun lounge areas to use. The breakfast offered a great variety of options and we had dinner a couple of nights at the hotel which was also delicious. We were able to eat at the pool bar or the hotel bar for lunch. Cleaning staff did a brilliant job, was nice to always come back to a made up room. The spa is lovely too, nice facilities to use and add to a relaxing stay.

The decor, design, location especially staff exceptionally friendly very warm courteous hard to go past this hotel. But we did say we will be back, certainly nothing is never a problem for the staff 10/10

This is one of the best hotel resort experiences - wonderful location, fabulous facilities and the attention from staff and management 10/10. Have stayed in some of the best resorts around the world and this is definitely up there with the best.

The staff are charming. Nothing was too much bother! Fab location behind the main square, adjacent the tram/ wooden train. Room enormous with good AC.
