This was our second stay here and really enjoyed it as we had more time to relax. Only 25 min from Ferries at Rosslare so location good if have late arrival or early departure from abroad. Close to Wexford town and good links to main Irish roads. Room and beds quiet and comfortable, access to swimming pool and spa a bonus. Friendly and courteous staff.

Overlooking the stunning River Slaney Estuary, the Ferrycarrig Hotel is 3 miles from Wexford and offers rooms with scenic river views.

The dinner in the new bar was gorgeous, the staff in all areas (Bar, pool area, breakfast room) were all extremely friendly and breakfast was also lovely,

Tranquility at it's finest. The location is perfect if you want to get away from the daily routine of life. The house is amazing, open and bright. The garden I could have sat out in for hours, it was just perfect. The hot tub was an excellent touch, perfect for the evening time to relax in. The rooms and facilities were excellent. 100% we will be back. The village Blackwater which was less than a 5 minute drive from the house is quaint and picturesque. We ate from The village chipper, delicious food and friendly staff. We brought our 2 dogs and they enjoyed sniffing around the grounds of the house.
