Lovely location overlooking Lake Como. Plenty of room in the house which was fully equipped for people visiting. Really friendly owners.

The house was perfect for our group of 8 adults and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with plenty of parking available. The location is excellent – Colico is a lovely, quieter part of Lake Como, just a short walk from the train station, making it easy to explore the area. We also loved the lakeside, where there are plenty of places to relax with a drink and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The hosts live downstairs and were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help whenever we needed anything.

Great location, clean and lovely pool

The villa is amazing, there’s restaurant just there with amazing food. Location is great, it’s 1 min walk to the lake, and just the nature around it is breathtaking The Host Davide welcomed us with complementary treats, brought us croissant in the morning 😩 I wish to come back there again definitely! ❤️

Location, Facilities, comfort

The apartment was very, very clean, equipped with all the essentials you could need on vacation and everything you need to feel right at home. The garden wes very clean and well-maintained, as well as jacuzzi. There was a wonderful garden pergola with a large, comfortable table. Mosquito nets were installed on all the windows. There was plenty of storage space and plenty of space to unpack. The kitchen was well-equipped and the beds were very comfortable. The garden offered beautiful mountain views. A large shopping center with a well-stocked Iperal supermarket is a 4-minute drive away. And finally, the owner - Pamela - who created this cozy and comfortable place. She was smiling, cheerful, and she provided helpful tips, while also paying attention to every detail in the apartment. Pamela! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and congratulations on all the hard work you put into creating such a lovely and comfortable vacation place! We hope that we will come back to you again! It was an absolute delight to unwind in the warm waters Attentive Owner: Davide, the villa's owner, was incredibly attentive and hospitable. He made sure every detail was taken care of and was always available to assist with any needs or inquiries. His local knowledge was invaluable for exploring the area. Nearby Restaurant: Another perk was the lovely restaurant just across the garden. The food was exquisite, offering a range of delicious local dishes. Proximity to the Lake: The villa's location was ideal, being within walking distance of a beautiful lake. Overall, our experience at villa was exceptional. The combination of luxurious amenities, careful attention from Davide, and the charming surroundings made it a truly memorable stay. We highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious escape!
