The rooftop pool has a beautiful view over lake Como, it is an extraordinary exprerience.

Location was amazing! Just few steps from the little train from Como. Views were amazing both from the apartment and surrounding areas. Apartament spacious, had everything we needed. Nicely decorated and well heated

Short answer is, we absolutely loved the place! Our experience was exceptional. From the welcome by Annalisa and another lovely young man, to the cleanliness and the amazing location, the quality of furniture and furnishings…everything was top notch. When we had a small issue with the TV, Annalisa was on to it immediately. She was in touch throughout our stay and really very helpful and approachable. We could not have picked a better place for our 6 days’ stay in Como.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this apartment. It was impeccably clean, and the host was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Plus, the location was perfect, with easy access to all the main attractions around Como Lake. I can't wait to return for another visit!

This apartment had everything you could want and more. The facilities were exceptional, large powerful shower, wonderful jacuzzi bath, comfortable king size bed, tv in the bedroom and living area, kitchen with all equipment and appliances etc etc. The location was ideal, a less than 10 minute walk from the bus station (we flew to Milan Malpensa then took a 1 hour bus to Como) and less than 5 minute walk to the town square and port. The hosts were some of the best I've even experienced. Their communication before, during and after our stay was exceptional. They were really helpful with giving us advice on where to eat, drink and sightsee. There was a bottle of bubbly chilling on ice when we arrived which was amazing, it was pouring rain when we arrived in Como so we got wet and cold walking to the apartment but they had two bath robes heated for us when we arrived which was just the most beautiful touch. We will definitely be back again and would recommend anyone stay here if they are visiting Como 🤍

Everything! The apartment was beautiful. Facilities were superb, location was ideal.

The house: This is the most incredible house I've ever stayed in. It's designed to have everything you could possibly imagine. There's a wonderful hot tub, a full bar, a professional coffee maker that makes incredible coffee, the shower is wonderful, and the steam is very relaxing. Everything in the house is of the highest quality (e.g., every room has a Dyson hairdryer). The host pays close attention to detail (even leaving rose petals for you to use in the bathtub and food for your breakfast). The house is extremely beatiful and useful, besides beeing close to everything; you won't need a car for anything. You will also have a beautiful area specifically for cigars, in the same room there is a PlayStation and TV. Believe me, this house is worth every penny. The host: Marco is an amazing host. He pays attention to every detail, responds promptly, and does everything he can to make you feel at home. He's extremely helpful and polite, and very friendly! He explains how to use the entire house to your advantage so you have a 100% enjoyable stay. Thank you for everything Marco, it was a great pleasure to meet you and we can’t wait to came back!

The property was amazing my wife loved the birthday surprise much recommended.

We arrived to a warm welcome from the hosts. They were lovely and so friendly. We could not fault this apartment. Everything you need on vacation is available here and so close to the centre of Como. The little cafe on the corner is also worth a visit. Fantastic cakes, and such friendly staff. We will return.......

What a fantastic apartment to stay in. So much room and spotlessly clean. The location was exceptional - in the old town - and the surrounding restaurants and shops all first rate. Would definitely come here again.
