The room turned out to be spacious and cozy. I’d especially like to mention the reception staff — they were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Casa Nostra is located in the heart of the city, few meters away from Massimo Theatre. The junior suite are excellent in every way, the staff and the team are very helpful and very warm. The garden is really magnificent, it is very pleasant to take your breakfast outside on the terrace. We'll definitely come back.

Very clean room and jacuzzi was perfect, excellent service from staff - both Lory and the man where very accommodating and helpful. Excellent service from the taxi man who got us in speedy time to the airport :)

So stylish and cozy hotel, small but everything is quite decently made. Location is perfect, every tourist attraction within walking distance. Communication through WhatsApp, everything explained well, they also offered transfer to/from airport and other benefits. They have beautiful patio inside the hotel with tiny swimming pool and you can have breakfast/dinner there. Restaurant Lumia which belong to the hotel is quite expensive but good food served. Breakfast is one of the best we had in long time, nice buffet with all the pastries and different ham, salami or cheese. Also, you can order other dishes such as eggs Benedict with salmon/bacon/spinach or any other types of cooked eggs. They also cook crepes which were mouth watering. They do not have their own parking, but they offered us to park at the nearest parking garage (13€ day), only 500 meters walk from hotel.

Walking distance to everything

If you think finding a quiet place in Palermo is mission impossible, this place can prove you wrong. Very quiet, great location, spacious room, generous bathroom, attention to detail. Last but not least the host, Dario, put his heart and soul in this project.... Made our stay a unique and truly memorable experience.

It has everything you need, and also a big eating room with a kitchen, and a TV. It even has two terraces and they both have a great view on the mountains and the neighbourhood and are great to chill and relax on. Not expensive at all for what you get for it, since it’s the cleanest and prettiest accommodation we ever had on a holiday. It is very beautifully decorated. The position is also great; it is not far from the centre of Palermo. The host was easy to contact and gave good recommendations for restaurants. We had an amazing holiday in Sicily and the accommodation played a big part in that!

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment! The location was excellent – very close to the train station and just a short walk from the city center. There were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, all within easy walking distance. Since we visited during the off-season, parking was never a problem – we always found a spot right away. The apartment itself was spacious, modern, and well-equipped. The beds were very comfortable, and everything felt fresh and clean. We especially appreciated the terrace and the jacuzzi – such a nice bonus! The man at the reception was also very friendly and helpful. All in all, a great place to stay

The staff (Giovanni) was very helpful and nice. Breakfast surprisingly good for 7€ per Person. The room was clean and they cleaned It daily. Very good value for the money.

Roberta was such a lovely host! We had a great stay. Super comfy beds and pillows, lovely styled and a great area to walk around and see the city :)

Hospitality, comfort, location

very clean, pleasant smell in the hotel and room, which is very important to me. Breakfast is standard - coffee and croissant. but the service of the girl at the reception is a different story. I have not seen this in the best hotels. This is a VIP service. it's like you're in a sail hotel in Dubai. For her sake I would return to this hotel 100%

We really loved the incredibly friendly and helpful staff – they welcomed us warmly, accommodated us quickly, and gave great tips on what to see in the area. Communication was fast and smooth. The room was clean and cozy, with a small kitchenette where we could make delicious coffee. There was also a fridge with drinks and a small breakfast provided – muffins, bread, and marmalade. Overall, we felt truly cared for and comfortable during our stay.:)

The staff is excelente! They are super friendly and professional. The location is just perfect, well connected and the street in from of the hotel is vibrant and busy until late.
