We were travelling as a family with small baby. This place was very convenient for us with the pool and facilities. We really enjoyed the proximity to the beach, italian breakfast with lovely pastries and delicious homemade cakes. The host was very accommodating for all our needs (incl. baby bed, kettle and bottle warmer). The rooms were very clean and the garden and pool area felt like a little oasis. We also enjoyed nearby horse riding, Naussica restaurant and sushi place.

Well located and close to everything, especially the center. Very easy to get around. Everything was very good, clean and organized in the accommodation. Very friendly hoster, responds and resolves everything very quickly. We recommend.

In one word, perfect, clean, sea, a wonderful house

The property is new, very clean, and stylish. The room is spacious and is well equipped with a beautiful en-suite shower room and a nice balcony. The facilities were excellent, with a pool and a separate terrace with sunbeds, a jacuzzi and furniture where you can sit and watch the wonderful sunset. Breakfast consisted of a variety of local pastries, fruit and cereal as well as additional meats and cheeses if desired. Roberta, the host was both friendly and helpful. She met us to show us where to park and was available by phone if we needed anything during our stay. The air conditioning and WiFi were good. The location was a short walk to bars and restaurants in the lovely chic town of San Nicola Arcello which came alive in the evening in the beautiful old town.

Very well maintained. All the necessary comforts you would need. The very best host, who is wonderfully friendly and who went out of his way to assist us in every way.

Lovely stay with our dog. We were here mid-week at the end of may, and the huge beaches stretching as far as you can see in either direction were largely deserted. No issues at all with the dog off lead on the beach and swimming in the sea. Lots of free /natural beach. The sea a perfect temperature for swimming and very safe. The owner of the hotel really loves his local area and wants you to have a great time, and has lots of recommendations for activities/restaurants. Room very quiet. Perfect blackout shutters, and very quiet effective air con. Nice Italian breakfast.

Excellent hotel with very good facilities (including a swimming pool). The beach is very close (literally cross the main road!) and the water is crystalline. The area is very much for families with small children and it comes with a few bars and restaurants. I understand the area gets very lively in August: in the neighbourhood there is a concert venue called Arena dei Cedri, a funfair and a programme of activities in neighbouring villages.

A lovely large hotel which at first shocks with the many rooms, but is very well located and very comfortable for guests. Clean, large room with a large terrace. The restaurant is on the second floor and has a wonderful view of the pool and the sea. In the evening there is wonderful entertainment with songs and dances for children and adults. There is free parking next to the hotel.
