It is a perfect accomodation. Located central near the metro station Toledo and the well known street Via Toledo. All main sightseeings can be reached just walking. The property was clean, in very good condition, modern style, with jacuzzi and equipped with all hotel staff. The owner, Lorenzo, was very nice and polite. Explained everything by check-in.

Everything was really good, you get self check in codes and all the information you need trought WhatsApp. Room was spacious, bed is comfortable, jacuzzi with a huge tv is a +. Bathroom was nice, filled with all stuff you need. Close to a main station so you can roam around.

We were very impressed with the Unicum Suites - the beautiful building with its central courtyard and fabulous old lift, the clean and stylish decor and the proximity to many of the main attractions. We also liked our room which was clean with comfortable beds, a monsoon shower and jacuzzi bath. as well as the tasty continental breakfast served in the morning. Antonio and the staff could not have been more kind and helpful communicating with us throughout our stay with helpful advice. Another thing worth mentioning is that it's perfect for a family of four or four friends sharing - there is ample room for everyone without the feeling that you are tripping over each other. It's also only a five minute walk to the legendary pizza restaurant L'Anitica Pizzeria da Michele. We would definitely return.
