Host was lovely, very accomadting... kept in constant communication and gave clear instructions. Room was a nice size with everything inside working... had towels, soap, tea etc Had a LED light which you go have bright or dim down, full functioning A/C, Netflix etc. Host gave me some mangos to leave with which were absolutely delicious. I liked outdoors, nice swimming pool for a few rooms. Lovely beach area by the sea. Jamaican food is good and French restaurant, lovely cocktails, coffee shop with absolutely delicious cakes.

Resort is really spacious and lots of different areas to explore whether you want something more relaxed or more lively. Lots of different options for food too - breakfast was in particular really good and enjoyed the seaside grill restaurant. A couple of reviews mention unfriendly staff: we personally did not find this, all staff were very friendly and accommodating around the resort.

location was great however the front desk staff wasn't too keen on making my stay comfortable when I requested a new room following the discovery of a messy toilet and no water supply within the room. I requested/paid for 2 adjoining rooms and was given 1 room to share with my wife and son. The kitchen/catering staff was brilliant, they went over and above with my meal request. Well done.
