The location is good as it is away from crowded attractions. We enjoyed our walk at Fisherman’s Wharf without crowds. The hotel is super clean and has a gallery vibe. The hotel staff are very friendly. They always greet us and ask if we need any help. We want to thank lobby staff Amy for her excellent service 👍.

The main wealth of the hotel is its staff. Extremely friendly, polite and attentive. I would also like to express my gratitude to the concierge service for their help in the situation of exchanging tickets for a turbo gadget that I bought by mistake from the wrong destination. all requests for accommodation were taken into account. This Hotel has exceeded my expectations. From the time I checked in till we left we felt nothing but welcomed and looked after. We booked the cheapest room in the hotel but we still treated as a King and Queen. Every staff member went the extra mile to make sure our experience was perfect. From the room tour to the turn down service. This place is truly a five star dream. Overlooking the Coati strip No hidden surprises. Thank you to all the staff. Patrick - Bell Man who took us to the shuttle area. Thanks so much. And to the other staff who showed us the room. Sorry I forgot the name. If you want an unforgettable experience don't wait. This is the hotel for you.
