The staff is very kind and was always ready to help me when I needed something. I was there for a wedding which was taking place in a hacienda further away. On the wedding day, there were no taxis available due to a holiday and I was worried I won't make it in time. But they helped me and I made it :)

Amazing view. Great breakfast. Mosquito nets on all the doors/windows so none in the room! The staff were very attentive, the owner even gave us a lift to a wedding we were going to. Surely the best hotel in Tlayacapan.
