Hotels with Hot tubs in Cancún

Great facilities, amazing breakfast and really enjoyable beach area.

Not the first time there but still very happy each time I visit. Every thing is in a little distance of your room, pool, beach, restaurant... Everything is well organized, activities, bar, restaurant. The beach is so wonderful too

The staff were exceptional the food was amazing and the facilities were brilliant, overall an amazing hotel

Everything was amazing! I’m satisfied with it all.

Imagine waking up to the delightful chirping of birds, as if in the woods, but with the comfort, safety, and modern amenities of a luxurious room. Just 10 meters from the turquoise waters of the lake, this serene setting offers a perfect blend of nature and comfort. The warm and attentive hosts are always at your disposal, ensuring a pleasant stay. A special shoutout to Miguel, the chef at the restaurant, who is a virtuoso with local specialties. He turns a simple breakfast into a poetic culinary experience. The room is impeccably clean and the internet connection is excellent. I highly recommend this place!

Excellent customer service and the beach is amazing!!

The stuff is very friendly, the pool is clean they clean it twice a day,the room was big and clean, the location is very safe and silent. The beach is beautiful!

The all inclusive was fabulous! The food was delicious and it was so clean with lovely staff throughout!

Everything about this place was fantastic thanks so much for making my stay amazing

I have stayed in this hotel in 2007, when I was 5 years old. I have found my mom's comment from 2007 in the reception guest book, saying that the hotel, breakfast etc was perfect. I can confirm that it didn't change ! Even though the hotel is more than 25 years old, it is still in perfect condition, very clean (room, garden, pool). The breakfast is AMAZING, you have many options :) And the stuff is also very kind and helpful !!

Very good location, and was good decision to choose all inclusive option, big choice of drinks and cocktails, plenty of different food. All staff is very helpful and professional. One thing, that rooms is old style and needs renovation, but it’s not a big issue, all around and the beach is amazing, it’s good value for money at this location

The location, how clean and well put the grounds where. Spacious and very comfortable room. Staff (amazing)

We booked the room with jacuzzi and the entire room was fantastic with balcony, good lighting, TV worked properly. The staff was very accomodating too, they gave us some breakfast things as we had an early excursion the next day.

Great location, amazing value-for-money, clean, well-equipped, nice rooftop, friendly staff, new bathroom

I run a housekeeping department myself back in England and from my point I can say the accommodation and all facilities on site are very, very clean. Reception, restaurant and bar staff are very welcoming and friendly. Very good location if you want to catch the bus to travel around the hotel zone and Cancun. Access to the beach is easy. The site itself is dated, but it's cosy and clean. I would definitely recommend this place and I hope to stay there again next year.

Staying at Betty’s apartment was amazing. We’d never been to Cancun or Mexico before and Betty contacted us before with really clear instructions on how to get there from the airport and access the apartment.  The apartment itself is stunning. The view is spectacular, the bed is really comfy, the shower is excellent and the location is very beautiful. The beach is very pretty and the waves are very cool, so staying here to swim in the sea is fine.  You can use the facilities of the hotel (minus the food, although you can opt in for the all inclusive if you want) and if you want to use the beds, we’d suggest to do go down before 9 am. The sun does go away relatively early (4-5 pm in February) because the beach is East facing, but that’s absolutely fine.  The most important thing, Betty’s customer care really is second to none. The apartment and location are excellent, but we’d choose Betty’s apartments again because of we were treated. She was helpful, available when we had questions, and let us stay six hours after check out because our flight was at 10:30 pm and there were no guests arriving that day (low season). That was so kind and we really appreciated the gesture.  Thank you Betty for making our holiday such a wonderful one.

Location, nice pool and good breakfast

Deyanira is an amazing host. We talked a lot about everything. She even do trip to the airport for the people who need to.
