Nice view from the room to Chapultepec park. Beds are comfortable, room service comes twice a day to tide up the room.

I loved most things about this place. The people are super friendly, everyone. The apartment is very modern which is my style. You can stream Netflix and YouTube from the smart TVs. They clean daily and replace water and coffee. The location is Amazing and a large supermarket is a couple of minutes walk away. And a big selling point is the free use of a washer and dryer near the reception, especially when travelling with a child. There is always hot water and the bathroom is stylish and not cramped. This place offers amazing value for money.

The cleanliness, the service, the location (there is a mini night market around just 4 min walk), the breakfast. Everything was what one can expect from a good hotel. Would definitely come back to this one!

I love this little neighbourhood! My second time staying at the Gilbert I love the location and the rooms are very comfortable, huge bed and good shower Rooms cleaned daily with a bottle of water and some sweets Thanks again to all the staff 👍

The 17th century palace has been exquisitely renovated. Difficult to capture in photos/Even More impressive than the photos. There’s something to see that wows around every corner. The rooms are super cool, spacious & interesting. Staff excellent, efficient & delivered a 5 star service. They made us feel extra special for our anniversary & every request was dealt with very promptly.

The best thing about the hotel is the amazing location… just two blocks away from Zocalo and a few meters away from Calle Madero.
