⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Excellent Stay – Exceeded Our Expectations!** We had a wonderful overnight stay at Holiday Inn Express before continuing our travels, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The airport shuttle was very easy to find, making our arrival completely stress-free. Check-in was fast, smooth, and welcoming. Our room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was fantastic—with plenty of hot water and excellent water pressure, which was much appreciated after a long day of traveling. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant, and the food was absolutely delicious. The breakfast buffet the following morning was one of the best we've ever experienced at a hotel. There was an incredible variety of fresh, delicious options, and everything was well-stocked and beautifully presented. The service throughout our stay was truly five-star. We'd especially like to recognize **Roberto** in the breakfast restaurant and **Samantha** at the front desk. They were both exceptionally friendly, professional, and genuinely made us feel welcome. Our only minor observation was that the afternoon shuttle driver (we believe his name was **Olman**) didn't seem as friendly as the rest of the staff. However, this was a very small part of an otherwise outstanding experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place near the airport.

Location is great and value for money

The room and bathroom were absolutely huge, great facilities, delicious breakfast, we loved the rooftop patio!! all the staff were very friendly. :-) we had a great stay! Thank you!

Amazing vibes👍. Very modern, I love the design of the rooms.. Huge shower. Extremely clean. Breakfast everyday on the same floor with very good options. Gym was good. Good wifi. Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube. Quiet outside and blackout blinds so very restful sleep. I would stay again!🩷 The area was a bit out of the way but Uber is super cheap anywhere! Amazing value for money. Lovely staff! Thank you!

Everything was awesome. The hosts were incredibly friendly, warm and attentive, and made the stay feel easy from beginning to end. I especially loved the location, quiet and peaceful, but still right in the heart of Polanco and within walking distance of so much. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable and had everything I needed. It really had that rare balance of feeling like home while still having the convenience and service of a hotel. I would absolutely stay here again.

I have stayed in this hotel multiple times and my stays have always been perfect! The rooms are big, cozy and very clean. There is always warm water in the shower. The location is good and the area feels very safe. The staff is super friendly and nice. In addition, it's great that a late check-in is available because the reception is open all hours. I highly recommend this awesome hotel💚
