United StatesThrough Booking.com, I can have the option to choose breakfast to be included in my package deal when I purchased the room! When I woke up and went downstairs, I had expressed that my breakfast was included with my room, and all I got offered was coffee. There was no breakfast materials that I could choose from. I had no options other than fruit, coffee or a pastry. There was pictures around the hotel showing false advertisement about their breakfast how amazing it looks, and I walked away with coffee. I was really disappointed in the staff and how the breakfast was prepared. I would actually never come back because I’m paying for breakfast to be included for a reason.
