We had a wonderful time in the apartment, which is well-decorated and equipped. The condo is well-maintained, has a big pool area and direct access to the beach. From the balcony of this second floor apartment, which is almost at the complete end of the building away from the beach, one can still view the ocean. Check-in and parking was uncomplicated. The apartment's location allows good access to the beaches of South Maui and other parts of the island. We came about two weeks after the devastating fire in Lahaina and were unsure whether we should come because of conflicting reports in the media. Our hosts were very helpful and open in their communication concerning the situation. Therefore, in the end, we decided to go to Maui. We went to many places on the island because they had reopened - except for West Maui where we passed through when we visited the northwestern shore - and many people thanked us for coming to the island as tourists because their incomes depend on it.

Staff were incredibly friendly. Everything you could need was available on site. Laundry, gym and cafe/restaurant. Swimming pools were excellent with a lovely atmosphere. Whalers village is only a couple minutes drive away and there is a free shuttle to the village from reception. On site activities desk was also extremely helpful and super friendly.
