The apartment was clean, good maintenan. The owner is a really hospitality person who's helps with anything.

We stayed at Sunset Ajman Beach Residency for a 2-day staycation, and it was worth every penny! The host personally assisted us and ensured everything was smooth and comfortable. My kids had a great time, and both my wife and I enjoyed every moment. The location is fantastic—peaceful yet well-equipped with all the amenities you could ask for. We’re already planning to go back and would highly recommend it to our friends and family!

The house was clean and tidy. The staff are very helpful and will immediately help with anything even during public holidays. For sure I will book this property again Insha Allah.

Everything was just perfect and the owners were very responsive. Best apartment to stay in Ajman. Comfortable spacious apartment with everything we needed. Fast wifi and perfectly located.

The location is convenient for accessing services and shops. Check-in and check-out procedures are quick, and the reception staff are helpful. The room is clean and tidy, and the price is good for the service provided. Breakfast is acceptable and the basic amenities for a comfortable stay are available.

Perfect location, a few steps from the promenade, close to everything. The room was spacious and very comfortable, a view (19th floor) was amazing. Swimming pool was also great. Profesional and friendly staff, especially Ms Paula from the reception, and also Faisal and Islam from housekeeping. They took care that our stay was comfortable and nice.
