This historic property was built in 1906 and has been refurbished to highlight the original fireplaces and stained glass windows. This place is a paradise. Once we opened the door and till the moment we closed it behind us. Light touch of jazz in the air, amazing views in every window, coziness and cleanliness. We spent all our time exploring the island and came back to our hotel to spend time in the room (I think it was the best room in the hotel and special thanks for that!), in the lobby, in the hall, on the lawn behind the hotel. Every place was just magical. Fully equipped kitchen, tasty continental breakfast and exquisite cake everyday during the day. Quick stable internet and any place in the hotel.

Featuring a spa bath, a fireplace and a private balcony with native forest views, Woodbridge Hill Hideaway is just 5 minutes’ drive from Great Bay. Everything was perfect! Immaculately clean, beautiful views, spacious. Filled with everything you could think/need. Host was excellent. Breakfast was plentiful. It was our favourite accommodation to date! Petra and Luke were very welcoming and informative on places to go and where things were. We wouldn’t have found the penguin viewing platform without them. The hotel over the road does lovely food all locally sourced.
