The pool was fantastic, the hot tub was nice, the 3 different spa's we're also incredible. It was very clean, modern, and orderly. We we're shocked at the size of the rooms, they we're huge! Big for even western standards which is great! The mini-fridge was stocked really well, the staff was really nice. The spa was great, definitely take advantage!

Hotel was very clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had lots of variety, good food to set you up for the day. Great coffee too. Leisure facilities were excellent. Kids loved the pool in the evenings. The gym was good too. Regular shuttle bus to the gondola every morning. Storage room for skis and boots. My husband celebrated his birthday while on our holiday, and the staff left a complimentary bottle of wine for us to enjoy.

Spa center was decent and clean, stuff was very friendly, I wish it had a thermal bath, that would have made the stay perfect.
