We stayed at 6 hotels during our China trip and that was the best! the attention of the staff, the cleanliness of the whole venue, free laundry, very beautiful design- we loved everything! they booked us tickets in advance, gave a cake and arranged a room to congratulate our friend's daughter who had birthday during our stay! The hotel manager helped us with everything- book massage in the town, advised a venue, called there and they even made a free pick up. The hotel is not directly in town so you have this resort feeling- especially in the morning if you go to the rooftop where the laundry is, you can hear birds singing. Afternoon tea and coffee was perfect addition after a long day. and the pillows are just wonderful!

She arranged for airport pickup and she drive us to the train station herself. She was also instrumental in buying train tickets for us. A wonderful property!

Beautifully located and very nice and quiet rooms. The staff were all so nice, told us everything about the area and how to get there and made us a delicious breakfast every morning. Even when we had to leave early ti catch the train they had a take away breakfast ready for us. Totally recommend!

The staff were so friendly and helpful, using a translator device to communicate perfectly. One staff member even helped us buy tickets for Zhangjiajie and Tianmen Mountain and gave us a map that was absolute gold. Thanks to him, our trip was smooth and unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Embraced by the greenery, No.5 Valley Inn is 2 km from the west gate (Yangjiajie ticket booth) of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. Rain was such an amazing host! He help us planned EVERYTHING here in zhangjiajie, ticket entries for national forest park, Grand Canyon and Tianmen mountain!! Also he help us with the pick ups and drop offs at the airport and lifts to all the places!!! The hotel is amazing also! Super comfortable, clean and wonderful views! The place has a special smell of the different types of flowers and nature that covers the hotel! Is amazing 🫶🏻 also we really enjoyed food here! It was very delicious 🙌🏻 we really loved our stay in here and it's been one of our best stays in china so far! Thanks Rain for everything and such care for us 🙌🏻✨also thanks to mango who took us to all the places !!!!

Cracking spot! The free shuttle to the park was a ripper of a service - saved us heaps of time and hassle. Rooms were tidy and the host was a legend. Cheers!
