Staff were friendly and very helpful. They were able to answer our many questions and assist wherever possible (organising Zhangjiajie entrance tickets, ordering food delivery, booking airport transfers). Room was clean, spacious and the hotel had everything we needed. Located away from the main town but close to one of the less frequented scenic areas.

They helped us book tickets, plan out our schedules for our trips, picked us up from the airport, helped us do laundry, the list goes on and on. The hotel itself is cute and well located near the East Gate of Zhangjiajie forest park and a 5 min walk to streets with many shops and vendors. Could not recommend this place enough for visits to Zhangjiajie forest park.

Staff were incredibly helpful and always had smiling faces. Perfect for a relaxing few days away. Highly recommend.

He helped us ​​plan the perfect itinerary​​, booked our tickets to ​​Tianmen Mountain and Zhangjiajie Forest Park​​ (no queues, no hassle!), and even arranged amazing seats for the ​​cultural show​​. Thanks to him, we didn’t have to worry about a single thing—just pure enjoyment! Lucas was always ​​patient, professional, and full of great recommendations​​. He made sure we had the best experience possible, whether it was suggesting the best photo spots or arranging transport. His attention to detail and warm hospitality really stood out! The accommodation is in a great location—just a 3–5 minute drive to the national park. Taking a taxi is also very convenient (only food delivery is a bit inconvenient). The room has an incredible view, and the facilities are complete and high-end. The dishes at the guesthouse restaurant are delicious 😍 and can even be delivered to the room. There’s also a laundry room with a dryer. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. They assist in planning trips to the national park, Tianmen Mountain, Grand Canyon, Yellow Dragon Cave, and more, depending on the weather. They also help us purchase tickets.
