Orosi is stunning, and this mountain lodge had the best view of the town and the mountains. The space was super clean, and our host made us feel welcome! We live just an hour outside of Orosi and will be coming back to stay in this mountain lodge in the future. We loved it.

Stunning location with unbelievable view, very tranquil and peaceful, very friendly owners, great breakfast! Need at least an SUV to get to it as around 3km up an unmade rocky road, but well worth the slow drive, as the views are amazing! Quite good wifi as well! Would happily stay there again!

Wonderful historic villa with beautiful garden and surroundings. The staff was very friendly and the food nice. The tour at the coffee farm was very interesting and informative. Thanks for everything.

Offering free WiFi and an outdoor pool, Corredores del Pacuare is situated on Pacayitas, from La Suiza district (Taxi station) 11km North, at this point you will find the San Vicente intersection from... Very good experience. The hotel is somewhat remote (9km drive on unpaved road). Gilberth (the owner) is a very nice person. He really helped me when I got stuck driving a small FWD car, and prepared a very good breakfast. Highly recommended place to stay, but I would recommend driving a 4x4 in that area.

Volare- now this word means so much to me. 1. Amazing kind people with big hearts ! Don’t miss on meeting them ! It’s a huge part of the goodness that comes in there! Tucker, Mike and Yanite with her blue deep eyes. 2. I can not describe in words because the pictures reallllllly don’t do this place justice ! It’s absolute gorgeous! We couldn’t stop looking around for two hours when we arrived just of how shocked we were of this heavenly place. This place had everything and it was super clean. The beds were comfortable and clean as well as everything in the house. Add those two together- no brainer!! Worth every dollar! I think going back to Costa Rica specially to go there is something I will definitely do!

We booked this lodge for the last 4 nights of our stay in Costarica, only as a place to sleep- as we planned to spend whole days out on excursions. We were actually sorry that we could not spend more time in the lodge itself. It has some lovely outdoor space where you can sit and relax. It also has a common kitchen which is very well equipped, so you can cook your meals there if you wish. There is also a swimming pool, but we did not use it as the weather was quite cold. Room was super clean and comfortable. We loved the local cat which was very friendly and liked to spend her time in the lodge :-) What makes absolute highlight of this lodge, is Ms. Jessica, who provided excellent service to us during our entire stay. She was always so nice and did lot more for us, than she had to! She also speaks very good English so we had no problems with communication. First morning, we ate breakfast in the lodge - the local Gallo Pinto. It was the best breakfast we had in the entire Costarica! Big portion and perfectly cooked and flavoured. You will love it! And the breakfast outdoor seating is very nice. For the rest of our mornings, we were actually leaving very early (around 5 am), and Jessica was so nice that she always prepared for us breakfast and left it in the fridge). If you have rented car, you can park it in front. You can also arrive by public bus (like we did), it is only around 5-10 minutes walk from the bus station. Just be careful, there is no signage with the hotel name, from the street it lookes like someone’s house. If you are at the entrance to the cemetery, you are already too far :-) search for black metal staircase - that is your place.

Very friendly staff! Very accommodating! Charlie is fantastic! Beautiful views in so many areas - on the grounds and looking down the mountain to the city. Very nice pool area. Gorgeous landscaping! The private cabin is nicely maintained and very clean! With a clean bathroom as well. Comfortable bed! Although there is no A/C and it was a very hot day in town, being in the mountains above, it wasn’t hot and the evening was chilly! So refreshing! Definitely worth the price all the way around!

Nice building in a colonial style, the organic farm nearby is really worth visiting. The farmers are super kind The surrounding park is great

Situated in the middle of a natural reserve, Rinconcito Verde offers panoramic views of Irazu Volcano site and Cachi Lagoon. The garden is beautiful. The view from terrace to mountains, while having original Costa Rican breakfast there, was just sensational. Our room was clean and the owner very polite and friendly. We definitely can recommend a stay there!
