On top of that, what perhaps wasn't mentioned so often is the vibe & attitude of the staff. All of them (inc. housekeepers) are very relaxed and very friendly. A lot, if not all, in this hotel is done with class, style and attention to details. The lobby, the music, all the furniture, the spa, the gorgeous breakfast room. And when you take the wine tour, you suddenly realize the winery is in the same building (very unique)!! I stayed for 5 nights but didn't want to leave... These people know how to run a hotel!!

Location is excellent! Close to the main square and easy walking distance to the bodegas just north. Also, having breakfast delivered to your room was a plus and a nice way to start the day!

Beautiful welcoming clean & comfortable property in a picturesque quiet small town with minimal traffic. The hosts Elena & Juan are friendly helpful hosts & arranged for us to get mountain bikes delivered for the duration of our stay to explore the backroads & vineyards here. The hosts also arranged for a vineyard tour (with caves) & recommended local sites & restaurants. Daily breakfast made by Juan was DELICIOUS- fresh squeezed orange juice, toast with tomato sauce & olive oil, sliced meat, delicious cheese, fresh fruit, yogurt, & coffee!! Our stay was so wonderful we were thrilled to extend it for an extra day. We would 100% recommend this exceptional gem of a property.

Set in 1500 m² of gardens, Casa Rural La Calera offers impressive views of the surrounding San Millán Valley. The service is super! The owner is very friendly and also very helpful! Very nice girl.

With good access to the AP68 Motorway, this beautiful 15th-century building is located in Zarratón in La Rioja. It offers air-conditioned rooms with a private balcony and free Wi-Fi. The house: it is historical, fantastically beautiful, and kept in a superb condition. The room was amazing. We dined in a restaurant of the same building, and it was the best steak in our lives. Breakfast was very good too. Definitely would return, if we travel again in this area.
