We really enjoyed our stay at The Orient Jakarta. It was a very welcome island of calmness and relaxation in a hustling city. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Loved the two pools to relax and have a drink with a view. Make sure to check out the fantastic gym. In hindsight, we would have booked including breakfast as the buffet looked pretty delicious.

The room was very spacious, the view from the room was amazing, you can sky the skyline of Jakarta from there and the windows were quite wide and open which made the view even better .. the staff is amazing and really helpful .. the SPA was amazing as well, the facilities are so new so we could enjoy everything

Im 40 years old and been to some really good and also some quit expensiv hotels. This Breakfast is mind blowing! Huge thank you and „wow“ to the kitchen. You guys are so good and made my day ;)

This hotel is fantastic. Located in a very strategic location. I love the breakfast. Plus, they also have sauna and jacuzzi there. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Surabaya!

With a 360-degree view of the city, The Westin Jakarta is located on the top 20 floors of a 304-metre Gama Tower. The peace and cleanliness of the hotel was nice to come back to after the busy city. The rooms are well equipped and have a very comfortable large bed. Every staff member was very pleasant and smart with a warm smile. The dining area was very nice with a great selection for all tastes and nationallities. The staff show pride in their work and it really does make a difference. We cannot rate this hotel enough and if we were ever in Jakarta again, would definitely stay here. Keep up the good work!
