Everything was superb. Clean, super staff, fantastic breakfast... Location is great, free parking in front of the hotel. Old town fantastic and close to the hotel. There are enought parking places.

Relais Empire is located in Verona, 500 metres from Piazza Bra. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Each room at this guest house is air conditioned and comes with a TV with satellite channels. I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff truly made us feel welcome — we were greeted with refreshments including juice, water, sandwiches, and croissants, which was such a thoughtful touch after traveling. Check-in was quick and easy, and the receptionist kindly pointed out the most important places to visit on the map. She was absolutely right about everything! The location is perfect as well — very close to the old town, so we were able to walk everywhere. The highlight of my stay was the surprise the hotel prepared for my birthday. I casually mentioned it during check-in, and when we returned to the room later, I found a lava cake with a candle and a lovely “Happy Birthday” note from the staff. It was such a sweet gesture and made my day truly special. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and my only wish is to return. Highly recommended!

The staff are amazing and extremely helpful. Breakfast was good and adequate. The facilities are the best i have ever seen, and to be so close to bus stops for Venice is very convenient.
