Whether we were lounging by the pool or dining at one of the restaurants, the service was consistently top-notch. The People of Jamaica are SO warm, welcoming, and loving. They truly epitomize ONE LOVE and I am grateful. I'm still glowing from the care and hospitality I was fortunate enough to experience, as well as from my island tan. The food at Hotel Reggae was the best! I'm so in love with the sawfish and/or veggie fritters, Best on the island! It's best not to believe what is said about Jamaica, experiencing Jamaica for yourself is better, for sure! Like I said to one Jamaica mon, "if they lie about Indigenous people, you know they're going to lie about your people". Go feel the LOVE for yourself, believe me! I loved everything about my stay at Hyatt Ziva! The staff there was so kind and welcoming, the room was spotless and the bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I can remember laying in. The food was very delicious in Jamaica roots restaurant and the buffet…absolutely amazing food! I can not wait to return!

The food was nice, Big up to the Chefs, Waiters and Bartenders who made the lovely meals delicious. The quantity could have been better for some of the meals but non the less i am grateful. They have a variety of restaurants where you can pick, choose and refuse and i liked that.

Situated in Montego Bay, 500 metres from Doctor's Cave Beach, Hotel Grand A View features accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, a fitness centre and a bar. I would have to give this hotel a 10 rate. From the moment of arriving, all staff including security was very helpful and pleasant. The room was not large, but big enough for comfort. The rooms and hotel were very clean. The bar and restaurant service were impeccable. The food menu is reasonably priced. The food was good. The ocean views were breathe taking. They have a complimentary buffet breakfast, as well.
