United KingdomThis place was incredible! Couldn't ask for more, the rooms were big, the beds were comfy, the bathrooms were great. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and very clean and modern. Also the price was very reasonable for what we got. We kept thinking wow I can't believe we could afford this place since it was cheaper than some hostel's we stayed at in Tokyo. Also the roof terrace was beautiful ❤️ and there are 24hr vending machines downstairs with drinks, snacks, ice cream and beer which we used all the time.
Also the room had a large TV with YouTube and a ton of info about the hotel. Like there's a channel that shows which washing machines are available and how long they have left til they're finished which was super useful Also it would play these bgm tracks that we thought were really funny.

The room was really spacious, very quiet and tastefully furnished and decorated. We really enjoyed staying there. It was nice to relax in such an enchanting place.
The bathroom was magnificent too and amenities were generous and good quality. Breakfast was delicious and they were kind enough to prepare it for us very early in the morning as we had a train to catch.

The location is great, a short walk from Gion. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi bath, it's very small but nice. Every day between 18 and 20 you can get a free drink in the breakfast area, after a long day of walking and sweating this was wonderful!

The host was awesome and offered to drive us around. It was spacious and relaxing to go as a group. There were two toilets, as well as a big bathtub and fridge.

The location was excellent. Our rooms were spacious. The bathrooms were fabulous with amazing power showers. The Granvia lounge for club floor rooms offered a great selection of hot, cold & alcoholic drinks and snacks, with premium brand champagne and spirits.

My favourite part of Hotel Cargo Shinsaibashi which makes it stand out from other capsule hotels is the Onsen with the outdoor bathtub. The bathroom facilities are super well maintained, modern & very clean. The room is also more spacious than other capsules which makes a big difference. The hotel is also centrally located walking distance to Dotonbori and well connected on the but not too far from Kurumon Market. The downstairs lounge is also a nice facility to have.

The apartment was great - very comfortable with some very Japanese elements which were great and exceeded my expectations. Loved the little garden and the tatami room. Good location very near Nijo station. We had a traditional Japanese breakfast one morning which was beautifully presented, and very interesting. The jacuzzi bath was fab. Very clean and well appointed.

Incredible hotel. Large rooms, with good space. The bathroom is big and the shower is very relaxing. All clean. No issues with English. Close to train stations and to lots of good restaurants and city attractions.

The baths are well set up and there is ample space to spread out and relax - both in the room and the first floor. Breakfast had heaps of variety and the laundry was very convenient. Hotel is very convenient to the station and great places to eat.
