The staff was very friendly and we loved that they let us borrow beach towels, an umbrella, and cooler. It made it so much easier to do day trips to nearby beaches. The common space at the hotel is welcoming and great to relax in, we ate breakfast (that we brought, hotel doesn't do breakfast) there a few times and it was wonderful. There's a grocery store and some other shops nearby that were easy to walk to as well.

The location on the hotel's own beach and the hot springs are great, in the sea and in the pool. Very nice area with lots of palm trees and flowering plants everywhere, fountains in between, and the pool is also nice with the loungers around it. The hotel has its own loungers/sun protection on the beach at no additional cost. Comfortable bed, parking space at the entrance. Free drinking water from our own source is provided. Nice place to relax.

Nice new rooms, but bathroom is small and surely needs some renovation. The beach is spectacular and the swiming pool is well kept, with a quite large jacuzzi for guests.

Excellent view, good location, good infrastructure around, new building, helpful people in the hotel. Specious rooms, extraordinary lounge rooftop space.

The location is perfect because its very close to downtown Cabo and is right to the marina. The rooms were spacious with an ensuite shower and toilet and AC. There's a nice patioesque seating area and table outside each room to relax.

Spacious dorms with good AC, large bathrooms, nice and new facilities, great roof terrasse and nicely decorated, lots of activities and tours organised, close to the marina (we could hear the sea lions from the hostel!), and close to the airport (could catch my flight at 8am at Los Cabos airport with the first public bus at 5am, takes less than an hour at this time of day)

I stayed in Junior Suite for a week and it was lovely! The location is quiet and has beautiful views, but you are only a quick Uber or taxi ride away from the beach and downtown. The room was large, spacious, clean, and well equipped. The outdoor areas, including the pool and jacuzzi, were very relaxing. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The Italian restaurant on site is also very nice. I would definitely stay here again.
