The staff was extraordinary. Milan, the front desk manager was a wonderful host. His entire team like Iron and others, did a brilliant job to make our stay a wonderful experience. The team did not leave any stone unturned to make sure that we were well fed and rested, as we were out in the forest, everyday. Raj, the naturalist, is a gem. He made sure that our trips into the forest were bespoke experiences, based on our interests. He was amazing. The food and the chef at Aikawa are extraordinary

Beautiful modern hotel in lodge style design, nice big rooms and always clean and tidy. The staff in areas of this hotel are extremely well trained and courteous. The restaurant staff are all fabulous and it would be unfair to mention any individual but can’t name them all, so a 5/5 for every single one of them. My wife used the spa for 2 treatments and she thought it was excellent with very lovely professional staff. We did two safari tours one by elephant and one by jeep., both were excellent and a special mention here for our guide Suki who was extremely knowledgeable and we were lucky to have him for both of excursions booked with the hotel. I recommend staying at the Soaltee West End to anyone who wants top level service and care from arrival to departure.

I travelled with my fiance and it was the perfect getaway. We wanted a break from the city and explore the nature. Mind blowing is an understatement. The stay was perfect and shoutout to the best guide ever, Mr Harka Bdr Kumal. He truly made this trip a very memorable one. He made sure we’re safe, explained us a lot about the area and was very kind. He guided us during the canoeing and also another couple hours for the jungle safari. Bless him :) We also rode elephants after and it quite literally altered my mind, because there’s no words to describe how mesmerising it was. Overall, we enjoyed and it couldn’t have been any better.
