The hotel is well maintained and looks as it seems in the pictures, the staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel is a 1.6km walk away from Ao Nang landmark night market and they have a free shuttle to and from ao nang beach every few hours starting at 11:30 am to 6 pm which is super convenient, there's a 7/11 and mini Big C right outside the hotel. The pool in the room was clean and well maintained. If you are looking for a hotel with a calm home like vibe with no disturbances it's the perfect place for you.

The owner is besides knowledgeable very sweet and funny and the rest of the staff is amazing! The location is perfect in between two beautiful beaches and after a day in the sands the pool is refreshingly welcome.

Breakfast was magnificent. The beach was beautiful and calm. We did a lot of sports and Pimalai could provide everything. Our house was wonderful. We did a boat excursion one day.

Înconjurat de verdeaţă tropicală, Layana Resort & Spa - Adult Only - SHA Extra Plus se află în Koh Lanta şi are vedere la marea frumoasă. EVERYTHING. WAS. AMAZING. From the first interaction everything was really great. Airport pick up went without a hitch, car was very comfortable. When we arrived for check in the staff already knew who we were without me having to dig out my booking number. We were provided with welcome drinks and ice cold towel to freshen up (which really helped because it was such a hot day!) This was an anniversary trip and the staff decorated the bed and personally wished us and made us feel so special. They even gifted us a bottle of wine! Every single one of the staff were really smiley & attentive, we felt very welcomed. The room itself was very private, comfortable, and clean. We love sitting out at the balcony just to chit chat - you could always hear birds chirping away no matter the time of day, and our room (1012) was close enough to the beachfront that you could always hear the sound of the waves too! Our room had a Nespresso machine which was really great. Layana is directly on the beachfront, so you can just walk out any time you want a dip in the sea. We didn't get to use the pools but they look amazing. The bar was pricey, but given the location and the ambience it was worth it; plus the cocktails were 12/10! My partner and I really enjoyed our stay, and we're already thinking about going back there for our future getaways, perhaps next time we will try the beachfront villa. Excellent hotel and we will definitely recommend this to anyone.
