The room was beautifully decorated in a unique style and very well maintained. The building offered brilliant facilities and communal areas to all staying which gave plenty of opportunities to socialise with other travellers. The location is stunning, located away from the main road, allowing visitors to appreciate the natural setting. The location was still close enough to access many bars, restaurants and experiences within the town in walking distance. To top off the experience the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and went out of their way to welcome guests and enhance their stay. This room related parts of this review apply to a private room with ensuite, however I engaged with guests who had equally positive things to say about the shared rooms.

All apartments at this Big Bear aparthotel feature fully equipped kitchen. A seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub are included. Alpine Slide is less than 10 minutes’ drive away. The location was great, the grounds were nice, the staff was wonderful. Spacious unit and parking near front door.

It has a lot of things that you don't think are necessary but will be perfect. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. It has a space applied to the front and back patio as well. I loved the spa in the morning. I will definitely return here.
