Two things are perfect: I love to stay on the edge of town when going to Dubai for business. I do business by myself, so the quiet and cozy small rooms are perfect. The rooms also seem to be well maintained and everything is in good condition.

LOCATION It's just in IBN Batutta area, so accessible, near the mall, near the train station. STAF Very friend and accommodating especially Patricia in main reception.. FACILITIES So.amazing lobby design. The room is not very modern yet but I have hears that renovation is on the way. RESTAURANT We had so much fun in our dinner and Joseph, Sam, Eduardo and Dimpy in Benihani Restaurant made it way better for us.

Very welcoming and polite staff on our check-in. Excellent location near the metro, bus, taxi, and next door to the huge, popular IBN Battuta Mall. The breakfast was fresh every day, good and there were many options to choose from (amazing coffee). The facility and room were of a good standard and the staff were exceptionally helpful. Daily cleaning was timely and great. My friend had a birthday when we were back afternoon in the room there was a piece of cake for her which was an amazing surprise that wasn't even requested or asked for it. Overall we had an excellent and enjoyable stay!
