I like staff, facilities, room, food and the location. It was my second stay at the hotel & would stay again.

The property is really fresh, the design is wonderful everywhere. Staff members were exceptionally nice and helpful whenever I spoke to them. Rooms are really comfortable.

The saff in the restaurant, valey reception and roomservice are super kind, helpful and understanding. The breakfast is unquestionably delicious and variable. The room is big enough, organized and well aquipied. The hotel has variable options for food and entertainment. The hotel is natur friendly. I would strongly recommend Sofitel for the stay in Abu Dhabi.

Excellent service, delicious and varied food in the restaurant (we had half board), spacious room with big beds, incredibly comfortable mattress and soft pillows. The hotel is within walking distance of the public beach. It is located in a building with a shopping center. On the roof there is a swimming pool and jacuzzi - free of charge.

Our second time stayng here nd we loved it.. staff v friendly nd helpful.. room kept v clean.. good location

It was a great stay at all levels . Mr. Mahmoud and Mr. Safwat were very helpful. They even upgraded my room with out asking . All in All 10/10

Good service this time. good stuff especially the night shift tow guys. unfortunately I don't remember their names one from Nepal the other from Tahiland they was the best.
