מקום ממש מרכזי באמצע סן תלמו, 2 דק משוק יום ראשון בערך כ 7 דק מהשוק המקורה וקרוב למלא מסעדות ויש קיוסקים וסופרים מסביב. חדר מרווח מאוד, בקומה התחתונה סלון וחדר מקלחת ובקומה העליונה המיטה. המאחרת מאוד קשובה, ביקשתי לקבל חדר בקומה תחתונה כי ראיתי שאין מעלית והייתי עם מזוודה 30 קילו ונענתי בחיוב ובחיוך!! יש אופציה להשאיר מזוודות לאחר בצק אאוט
