Our trip started with the airline losing our baggage, and the staff were incredibly helpful with getting it to us from the airport. They spoke excellent English, which was very helpful for navigating all our issues!

I wish I stayed here longer. The room was fabulous and spacious. I like that the staff were friendly too

Charmful and very helpful staff.

To be honest you need to be aware that you are paying only for the location. The tall, thin guy on the reception was the most kind of them all, so I would like to exclude him from the rest of unpleasant experiance with receptionists.

Big spacious room, comfortable bed and very friendly staff. They have a great restaurant and bar downstairs where they give hotel guests a discount. It’s located in a very cool area with markets on the weekends. My fiancé and I had a great time here we would definitely come back.

We had an exceptional stay at this beautiful hotel. The property itself is stunning, great views with impeccable attention to detail and a true sense of luxury throughout. The staff deserve special recognition, their professionalism and warmth really stood out. Especially from Gustavo who I dealt with personally. Nothing was too much trouble, consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. Could not recommend this place enough👌🏼

Excellent hotel with friendly, professional and helpful staff available continually. My airconditioned room was spacious and comfortable with ample cupboard space. The light buffet breakfast included in the price was welcome. All at a very reasonable price.

Fantastic service! Everything from arranging football tickets, pick up, ferry tickets, best restaurants, they knew exactly what they were talking about! I can highly recommend this hotel.

We had a lovely stay in this historical hotel, beautifully decorated in a quiet part of the San Telmo neighbourhood. Bed was very comfortable and room was very clean. We greatly appreciated that both hot and cold water are available all day for refilling water bottles / making tea etc in the dining area.

I will tell you why I gave this place 5 stars. The location is great. To me it is unbearable and it has a huge huge advantage. Let me tell you about the huge advantage of staying here. It may not be for everyone but it’s definitely worth knowing about it. Very close to the hostel, less than one minute walk is some type of a taxi depot. All taxis that leave from that depot/fuel station go past the hostel. I was running a little late for the airport and both Uber and Didi were not available or were quite far. We all know how Uber and Didi sometimes cancel and it’s a pain to wait for them. Also at the time that I left there was a price increase with both Uber and Didi and they were both more expensive than the taxis. So waiting for an Uber (which was not coming even with a high surge of 6,000 pesos to the AEP airport) I stopped a taxi who took me right away to the airport for less than 4,000 pesos with the meter on. Thanks to that Taxi depot nearby you’ll never be left without a ride to the airport if Uber or Didi is not available (or too expensive due to surges). Now, another reason I gave this hostel a 5 star rating: I was checking out and the owner said hey, I need to give you some change back. I was certain he didn’t owe me anything because I stayed one extra night and I paid for that only the difference from the change I was owed. The owner insisted I was wrong and asked me to stay to get the extra money back. I am certain he made a mistake and didn’t owe me anything. But because I was in a hurry to get to the airport I agreed with him. Mr owner if you are reading this review, I am telling you, you didn’t need to give me any money back. I know I overpaid the first two nights with the American dollars and I was supposed to get some change as your night guy didn’t have the change. But, I stayed an extra night so I had to give you extra which I did and that little extra took into account the change I was owed. Even after the owner gave me back my money
