I was really suprise for the attention and the high-end service this hotel offers. Everything was great, from the room with nice city views to the restaurants the hotel offers. The location of the hotel is great, perhaps a bit far from the "Buenos Aires nightlife" but nothing major. The room was super clean and really nicely deco. The attention was 10/10!

Perfect location, near Retiro and close to the commercial centre, small but nice hotel, spacious room, sufficient facilities, very nice staff, there is free coffee available all day, very good value for money. Bathroom is small but clean. Plenty of restaurants around.

Samuel and Manual were incredible. We needed an early check in and they made a plan. Even organizing croissants and coffee while we waited as well as arranged a conference room for my daughter to have her makeup done. Thank you so much!!!

The reception staff were great, so polite, friendly and offered help with taxis and directions The breakfast room was spotlessly clean and the trays of food were kept filled up, excellent selection of food. The cleaning staff also friendly and very efficient Loved having a microwave to heat water etc The safe was super easy to use Loved the bed, lots of pillows. Bath sheet was a great size

Best breakfast I have ever had

The breakfast had something for everyone. All the products offered were fresh and of excellent quality. Above all, what I liked was the courtesy, friendliness, and the sincere desire of the employees to provide you with a great service and to make you feel special.

The hotel is in a very good position and although is a little bit run down the front desk staff is amazing, so helpful and kind and my high grade has to do a lot with them.

The staff at the hotel are all amazing so professional and excellent customer service. Great location near fantastic restaurants. The rooftop pool and spa has great views. The breakfast is very good.
