Everything was superb, very nice restaurant staff. Also front desk manager made everything clear about smallest details. Summer card helped to save a lot of money ok activities. Definitely would visit this hotel during winter season again.

Beautiful property. Ceramics and terrific art everywhere. Lovely views from room 8 and wonderful pool and garden. Breakfast was excellent. Staff are warm and welcoming. We walked to the chair lift (free pass from hotel). Spectacular views of the mountains from there. Highly recommend! 💚

What a cool building and location - I felt like a medieval prince staying here. Glad that I stayed here and wished it was for more than 1 night. The included dinner and breakfast , as well as the friendliness and service from the staff , far exceeded my expectations. It was also cool to hear a little bit about the history of the building.

Hotel looks like very new, apartments modern and nice, clean. Perfect servis and great breakfast. You need to count with 15 mins walk to hill in case you will not use car to visit downtown. Swimming pool great. Price include ZELL AM SEE-KAPRUN SUMMER CARD, which save a lot of money to visit numerous costly atraction around.

Lovely family run hotel conveniently located between Zell am See and Kaprun. Bus stop right in front of the hotel and plenty of parking space available. Staff was excellent, very knowledgeable, caring, and attentive. Would stay again!

Couldn’t fault anything about this hotel, staff are so friendly, the hotel is really clean, rooms are a great size for a family, location is spot on with a short walk downhill into the town, a longer walk uphill to two of the cable cars and a bus stop really close to the hotel.

An amazing hotel located in a prime area especially for the people who would like to do Zipline and paragliding... Rich breakfast, the staff are very cooperative. I would definitely book their hotel again in case I will visit again Salzburg.

from the moment we checked in, to the moment we checked out, we could not fault anything. The staff were all so helpful pleasant and friendly, they could not do enough for you. There was a lovely warm homely atmosphere in the hotel. You felt like you knew everyone, even though we were all strangers. Spa was lovely too, nice and quiet!! Very central location to restaurants, night lift, ski lifts, ski hire, city xpress. Would definately recommend.

Excellent comfortable room - spacious - very nice design, warm (controllable heat). Food - breakfast and evening meals were very high standard. Luigi is a great chef - Restaurant staff - Soudor and the team were very friendly helpful and efficient. Christine was a pleasure to meet on reception. So friendly and helpful - she gave a lovely welcome when we arrived. Hotel is in a great location for skiing - very near the lift system and you can ski back to the rear of the hotel at the end of the day.

The hotel is a very classy one, Austrian style, elegant and cozy. All worked fairly well. We were able to occupying the room much earlier than check in time. The rooms were spacious and comfortable beds.

Back from an amazing one week stay at Familotel Amiamo. We chose the all inclusive package with 4 and 6yr old children. They took ski lessons with Skischule - their first time skiing. We had an amazing stay. First thing to mention is the hospitality - nothing was ever too much trouble. The reception set us up with the Zell tourist app so we could utilise the free public transport and take the bus from Salzburg to Zell (highly recommend - a very easy journey and saved us €300 taxi each way!!). Reception kindly sent a shuttle to collect us from Zell and even kept dinner warm for us so we could eat as soon as we arrived. Our room was lovely and clean with a view of the snowy mountains. The food was delicious, and this is high praise indeed as I am very much a 'foody'! Special mention to our servers Carla and the dark haired lady who chose me a wine on my last night (sorry I can't remember your name - brain fog!). The dinner vibe was very relaxed as the kids could go off and play with the toy kitchen whilst the grown ups ate in peace. Children loved the softplay and pool, and had a go at table tennis and the Ps games. The outdoor play area was also very cute and was enjoyed - even in the snow. The shuttle up and down the hill was a nice touch with tired kids in ski boots, with easy access to ski storage and the heated boot room. Overall we've had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend to families with younger children.

Loads to do for the kids and very clean and tidy!!

From the time we arrived to the time we left it was just amazing. The owners Elizabeth and Stefan were so so friendly and hands on. They went out of their way to make a difference and enhance our trip. Lilly and Agnes from the restaurant and bar were also fantastic. It was spotlessly clean. Poor and Sauna were awesome. Ski in and location right on slopes by the ski lift is so convenient. I would not stay anywhere else but here .
