Location was great, an easy walk into the centre of the city. Transport to the lift/ski hire shop Staff were exceptional Good bar and Reiner made some spectacular cocktails Restaurant food was as good as we hoped it would be

So much to like. I love how it's been a family run business for 100 years. How Christian was there to greet us and helped with our bags. How the decor was so "unique", the awesome breakfast, how the location was perfect, and how we got a little gift when we left. So far it's been the highlight of our trip.
