Great location, very nice hotel, staff will always help you - that's very important. A large selection of breakfast dishes

Everything! The hotel is so generous. A happy stay. The Sacher people are fabulous and nothing is too much.

Very nice, clean hotel and staff. Delicious breakfast.

It was very clean !!! I have not seen such a clean hotel so far.

Comfortable location, near the railway and bus stations, not far from city center. The hotel allows to leave the luggage before the check-in and after the check-out. The room was clean and tidy, everything was in a good condition, there was a tea/coffee set kettle with teabags and instant coffee, a glass and a mug. The stuff was nice.

Perfect location, nice breakfast, friendly staff

Excellent location, lovely spacious rooms with Rituals amenities and classy decor, great spread for breakfast and great staff. Honestly better than most 4 star hotels.

The location is super perfect, clean and convienient. The staff are cool and suportive.

Room was well maintained and clean and the location is very near the train station and tourist spots. The receptionist was also very friendly and approachable.

Everything, as can be seen from the scores

Near the HBF station, very friendly staff. Great hotel, really recommend.

The hotel is ideally located for people who want to explore Salzburg by public transport. It's within walking distance of the railway station. The rooms are clean and spacious, offering views of the snowy Alps on a clear day. The host Isabella is kind and gracious.

The location was great next to the train station. The room was clean and quiet. There are family rooms available. A luggage room with lockers is available to use after check-out. We’ll consider staying here again the next time we visit Salzburg.

The rooms came with STUNNING Mountain views. The rooftop bar was excellent and the staff were super helpful too.

Equipment of the room even ironing board.

We booked a family room for our family of 4 and the room was perfect. There was a bunk bed for the kids and a queen bed for the adults plus a sofabed. The room was super spacious, there was storage for luggage and a separate toilet and bathroom. Everything was very neat and clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful and breakfast was amazing! We are very happy with our stay at Harry's Home.

The hotel is wonderful. The lobby is cozy and inviting. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The gym was well appointed. And -- perhaps best of all -- the spa was clean and very relaxing. On top of this, the front desk staff was among the friendliest and most helpful I've experienced in years. Bravo!

The location is very good, 10 minutes from main train station. To down town is as well 15 minutes walk. The hotel is in very good/safe neighborhood and calm. The check in and check out is very smooth. The communication with the staff is perfectly done as well via WhatsApp. Lobby has a vending machine and leaflets about the city. Room specious and with real heating. We would definitely come again.

Everything went swimmingly, the newly renovated room is beautifully laid out and very practical to boot. All that was needed was provided, a kettle for tea, refrigerator, ample amount of towelling etc. And complementary hygiene and grooming products in the bathroom. And they have outdone themselves with the amount and placing of sockets... The staff, namely reception, were top level and took care of everything in a professional and pleasant manner. And the managers were very welcoming and interested in making my stay as comfortable as they could. Oh, and all are extremely friendly too... The location is ideal, a short ten minute walk to the main train station and 2 minutes to the wonderfully pleasant river walkways. As well as very easy access to the center of the city, the hotel has a number of fine restaurants close by - Zanetti's across the road bakes a mean pizza, I went there two days in a row... All in all, I highly recommend you stay here when you make your way to Salzburg. It will be my option again when I return.

Very friendly staff, spotlessly clean, excellent location
