We've had a wonderful stay here! The staff is very nice and helpful. Our room was really clean and warm. The breakfast is amazing as well. Also the hotel is quite close to the metrostation (5 minutes or less).

It was perfect, thank you, especially the bed and the spacious room, so as the nice personnel.

Lovely staff and funky interior, we loved our stay

The room was well equipped, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the complimentary coffee and pastries served in the lounge. We had a great stay and would happily recommend this place.

Nice view on the UNO-city. The breakfast was good and offered a variety.

Sure! Here’s a polished version of the review in English with a mention of Belal: ✨ Review We had a wonderful stay at voco Vienna Prater. The room was modern, spotless, and very comfortable, with a stylish design and a great bed. The staff were always friendly and helpful. I would especially like to thank Belal for his outstanding service and warm attitude — his professionalism and positive energy made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro and within walking distance to the city center and Prater, making it easy to explore Vienna. A perfect combination of comfort, service, and atmosphere. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel

Breakfast was very great. The host ensured that we didn't starve at all. We can even keep some of the breakfast away for lunch later. That saved me a lot of money

The price/quality ratio and the double room was spacious

Excellent hotel in the heart of Vienna! The location is simply perfect, with easy access to all the main attractions. The staff is very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Our stay was a wonderful experience — everything was perfect. We would be happy to stay here again.

The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. They were happy to recommend nearby attractions and even lent me a charger adapter without hesitation. The hotel's location offers convenient transportation access to both the city center and the Danube riverfront.

Place was extremely beautiful and clean
