The hotel is a very classy one, Austrian style, elegant and cozy. All worked fairly well. We were able to occupying the room much earlier than check in time. The rooms were spacious and comfortable beds.

The location is very good: close to both the ski line and the center. Their restaurant is very good: both breakfast and dinner. The room is comfortable, and they also have a small but nice spa and sauna. For the past 5 years, I came to Zell am See for skiing in every winter, and for the most time I chose this hotel. I think this is reasonable for me. Unfortunately, I will leave Europe this summer, and with high probability I will not able to be here again in the next winter. But I do appreciate about the enjoyable memory from this city and this hotel.

The breakfast was very rich, the spa area was exactly what we needed after a day on the slopes. Thanks to the hotel for robes, towel, anything that you could need. All the staff were very friendly, gave discounts for ski equipment. The bar has exquisite sprits. You must try the snaps from the stags horns.

The location is in the centre, close to the promenade, bus and train station, as well as the cable car to the mountain. During the stay, you get a summer card with various benefits in multiple Zell am see activities. The room was spacious, nice and comfortable.

We asked for some extra pillows, water kattle, bathropes....and we got it all. Merry friendly staff, very clean, nice sauna...

Hotel is perfect for kids (and parents).. There is everything kids could wish for.. We got also free tickets for all public transportation in Salzburg region, which was very convinient..

What a wonderful hotel- spa facilities is an absolute bonus

Everything was super awesome, we got a very good room with balcony. The view from balcony was mind blowing. Bathroom has a good bath tub and its very spacious. We arrived at 11 PM, still the host waited for us and provided all support. They have a good private parking space. Breakfast was also very good

An exceptional family atmosphere. You can feel the strong bond among the staff, who work together like one big family. Unforgettable was the time spent with Duško, the hotel maintenance worker, who has been working at the hotel for more than 30 years, as has his wife.

We arrived by motorcycle after riding on the Grossglockner road and planned to stay for one night and then move on! We loved the hotel and Zell am See so much, we extended for an extra nite. Beds were extremely comfortable and the hotel interior very stylish and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful! Free parking in the hotel lot was also a nice bonus. Location is excellent for exploring - near all of the shops and restaurants!
